Beat your eggs on a separate bowl

Pour your oil and heat it to fry the fish

Then deep your Hake fish fillet into your eggs then roll them in the bread crumbs the fry it in the cookings oil

Do them all and each fish can be deep fried for +- 10 minute each side

Once done it can be served with any meal
