2 tbspolive oil
1 lbground italian sausage
1 smallonion, finely chopped
2 clovegarlic
1 tspitalian seasoning mix
1 candiced tomatoes
1jar (16 ounces) marinara sauce, divided
4green bell peppers, tops and cores removed

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook sausage, onion, garlic,and seasoning mix till sausage is brown and onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes and half of the marinara sauce. Cover and simmer.

Place peppers in a steamer. Steam till soft.

Spoon sausage mixture into peppers. Heat remaining marinara sauce and pore over the peppers.

Serve with a pot of hot buttered rice or noodles.
