  1. 1

    Colour full katori chat
    2 cup maida and 1 cup suji oil and make dough
    Now take 3 part one plain and in second part add palak gravy and in 3 Rd part add chukandar juice and make three ball
    Thino Ko Bel Kar Puri jaise fry Kar le
    Stuffing
    Take 3 katori add boiled aloo mung Bundi anar Dana sprinkle chat masala namak bhuna jeera
    Presentation
    Take three glass add Mithi chutney and curd and keep katori over it
