  1. 1 bunch chopped green methi
  2. 3 katori atta
  3. 1 katori chane ka atta
  4. 1 tea spoonajwain
  5. 1 tea spoonsalt
  6. 1 table spoonoil
  7. For chaas
  8. 2 bowldahi
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tea spoonjeera powder
  11. 2 tea spoonpudina powder
  12. 1 tea spoonKali mirch powder
  13. For halwa
  14. 4 table spoonmalai
  15. 1 table spoonatta
  16. 1 table spoonbesan
  17. 1 table spoonsuji
  18. as neededCoarse grinded mix dry fruits
  19. as per tasteSugar
  20. 1 tspElaichi powder
  21. For salad
  22. 1capsicum (red, green, yellow)
  23. 1chopped tomato
  24. 1chopped onion
  25. 1/2chopped beet root
  26. 1chopped carrot
  27. For alu Gobhi sabji
  28. 1/2 kg cauliflower florets
  29. 1/2 bowl soaked peas
  30. 1cut potato
  31. as neededOil,
  32. 1/2 tsp jeera,
  33. pinchhing
  34. to tastesalt
  35. 1 tspturmeric powder
  36. to tasteRed chilli powder,
  37. 1 tspDhaniya powder,
  38. 1 tspAmchur powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough

  2. 2

    Make chaas by mixing all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix all chopped vegetables for salad mix with salt, Kali mirch and lemon juice

  4. 4

    Take malai and add besan, suji and atta and roast till golden brown

  5. 5

    Add elaichi powder, sugar and dry fruits and mix well

  6. 6

    As it starts leaving ghee add boiled water

  7. 7

    Mix well and let the ghee leave the sides
