Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chopped green methi
  • 3 katori atta
  • 1 katori chane ka atta
  • 1 tea spoonajwain
  • 1 tea spoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • For chaas
  • 2 bowldahi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tea spoonjeera powder
  • 2 tea spoonpudina powder
  • 1 tea spoonKali mirch powder
  • For halwa
  • 4 table spoonmalai
  • 1 table spoonatta
  • 1 table spoonbesan
  • 1 table spoonsuji
  • as neededCoarse grinded mix dry fruits
  • as per tasteSugar
  • 1 tspElaichi powder
  • For salad
  • 1capsicum (red, green, yellow)
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2chopped beet root
  • 1chopped carrot
  • For alu Gobhi sabji
  • 1/2 kg cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 bowl soaked peas
  • 1cut potato
  • as neededOil,
  • 1/2 tsp jeera,
  • pinchhing
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteRed chilli powder,
  • 1 tspDhaniya powder,
  • 1 tspAmchur powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough

  2. 2

    Make chaas by mixing all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix all chopped vegetables for salad mix with salt, Kali mirch and lemon juice

  4. 4

    Take malai and add besan, suji and atta and roast till golden brown

  5. 5

    Add elaichi powder, sugar and dry fruits and mix well

  6. 6

    As it starts leaving ghee add boiled water

  7. 7

    Mix well and let the ghee leave the sides
