Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbeef stew meat
  2. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  3. 5 tbspbeef boulion
  4. 4 cupwater
  5. 1 tsprosemary
  6. 1 tbspparsley
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 3 lbpotatoes
  9. 1 lbcarrot
  10. 4celery
  11. 1onion
  12. 6 tspcorn starch
  13. 6 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Stove top: use oil to brown meat

  2. 2

    Mix water, beef bouillon, seasoning bring to boil. Simmer for one hour

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and veggies. Let simmer until done

  4. 4

    Crockpot: mix all (minus oil) in crockpot. Cook on low until done
