  • 8Biscuits
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupFlour
  • 1 packagesSausage
  • 4Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown sausage in large skillet. *** DO NOT DRAIN***

  2. 2

    Add flour to sausage. Start with 1/4 cup, then add 1 cup of milk. Continue this until gravy reaches desired thickness and taste. Add salt and pepper to taste

  3. 3

    Put biscuits in oven following directions on can.

  4. 4

    Scramble eggs however you desire

  5. 5

    Open 2 biscuits on plate. Spread eggs top of biscuits and top with gravy. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired and serve.
