1 cupseasoned flour, see recipe
1 cupseltzer water lemon-lime

Heat the oil

Mix the flour, water, and egg

Slice the chicken so pieces will cook evenly.

Dip into batter and fry. Fry till done. Move to paper towels to absorb excessive oil
