Ingredients

  1. 1 lbbacon chop & cook and save for later
  2. 1 tbspPaprika
  3. 2 tbspgarlic powder
  4. 2 tspKosher salt
  5. 1 1/2 tspground pepper
  6. 1/4 cupolive oil
  7. 2 tbsphot sauce
  8. 8medium diced red patatoes
  9. 1 lbcubed chicken breast
  10. 1/2 cupchopped green onion
  11. 2 cupscheddar cheese blend

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients (except bacon, green onion and cheese) and put into 9 X 13 baking dish.

  2. 2

    Bake at 400 deg F for 55 min.

  3. 3

    Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions cheddar cheese then cover with cooked bacon.

  4. 4

    Return to oven and cook for another 5 min.
