Simple Tuna Kedgeree

Steps

Hard boil the eggs. Place them in a pan of water and boil for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like it. It needs to be firm inside.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan. Add chopped onions and let it soften.

Add the precooked rice and tuna flakes. Mix altogether.

Once the eggs are done drain and leave to cool. Once cool enough to handle remove the shell and cut the egg up into eighths and add to the kedgeree pan.

Add a pinch of salt and mix everything altogether. Now it is ready to serve.
