Wash hara lehsan nicely and then chop it finely.

In kadhai put ghee, add lehsan, salt and haldi.

Continuously keep on stirring till the lehsan is cooked.

Now apply this lehsan ka ghee on each and every rotis. This recipe is used since generations from my parents family and so do i continue it as very very healthy.
