"Take It Easy" Dip

Best served hot/ warm, but really it's just the BEST! You won't believe how good this is! I've been known to heat this up and eat it for breakfast. It pairs well with all kinds of crackers, pretzels and veggies. You can make this low fat, but nonfat cream cheese.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°
- 2
Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl
- 3
Slice your pepperoni into quarters (my favorite is Hormel brand. Regular pepperoni gets too greasy in this)
- 4
Put pepperoni into bowl with cream cheese
- 5
Open your cans of soup
- 6
Pour each can of soup into the bowl as well (my family likes cream of asparagus too)
- 7
Now break out the electric mixer and have at it for near 3 minutes- close to smooth. Don't forget to scrape the sides periodically.
- 8
Put it all into an 8x8 inch pan
- 9
Bake at 400° for 1 hr or until golden brown crust forms. Darker or lighter to taste.
- 10
Remove from oven and try to not to shovel that hot lava into your face no matter how awesome it smells
- 11
We serve this with crackers, crusty rolls, tortilla chips, carrots, celery, pretty much everything.
- 12
Reheats really well**
