Nutterbutter Blueberry Cheesecake

While making dinner for my family of friends, I stumbled across some nutterbutter cookies I had. Concocted the idea for a cheesecake once I realized that it was obvious. Lol.

While making dinner for my family of friends, I stumbled across some nutterbutter cookies I had. Concocted the idea for a cheesecake once I realized that it was obvious. Lol.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In mixing bowl combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mixture will be crumbly.
- 2
Once well combined, press into bottom of dish. I used a 9 inch cake pan.
- 3
In separate mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with sugar, vanilla extract and whipped topping. When adding whipped topping, do one cup at a time gently folding it into cream cheese to make light and fluffy.
- 4
Once well mixed, spoon mixture on top of crust and level off.
- 5
Top with blueberry pie filling avoiding the edges.
- 6
Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours so it can set up.
- 7
Serve and enjoy!

Blueberry No-bake Cheesecake Blueberry No-bake Cheesecake
I wanted to make a cheesecake that was pretty to look at as well as nice to eat, so I made it in 3 layers.I referred to many other recipes to come up with my own original recipe.Everyone who tries this, including myself, says it's amazingly tasty. When heating the gelatin, make sure not to let it come to a boil. If you aren't confident that you can do this, dissolve it in a bowl suspended over a pan of hot water, even if it seems like a bother. If you don't do this part right, it won't gel and firm up properly. For one 18 cm [7.1 in] diameter circular mold. Recipe by maricopsy cookpad.japan -

No-Bake Blueberry Jam Cheesecake No-Bake Blueberry Jam Cheesecake
I made some blueberry jam, so I wanted to make something with it. So, I made a variation of my usual no-bake cheesecake with ingredients I had on hand.I think it's a little sweet, but to me, it's delicious. If you add some lemon juice to the jam, it would probably taste great. Removing it from the tart pan is a pain, so you can wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to chill. I got lots of blueberries while blueberry picking. As you do not strain the yogurt, avoid adding the whey when pouring into the bowl. Adjust the cooking time depending on your oven. You can use frozen blueberries. For 18 cm [7.1 in] round cake baking tin. Recipe by Orenjiringu cookpad.japan -

Healthy Blueberry No-Bake Cheesecake Healthy Blueberry No-Bake Cheesecake
I've been trying to use strained Greek-style yogurt in many different recipes, so I substituted it into this recipe that originally used cream cheese. You can try making it with cream cheese and milk if you'd prefer. You can also make this recipe without whipping the cream but it will make the taste a little plainer. If you over-whip the heavy cream it will becomes too stiff so be careful. I'm using a low-sugar jam so I'm adding in 40 g of sugar. If you are using store-bought jam then please reduce the amount of sugar to 30 g. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan
