1 cupfenugreek leaves
1/2 cuppotato
1/4 cupGreen peas
1/4 tspheeng
1/4 tspjeera
1/4 tspfenugreek seed
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspred chilli powder

Wash and cut fenugreek leaves

Cut potatoes in cube shape

Take a pan add mustard oil

Crackle jeera, heeng and fenugreek seed

Add veggies mix well

Add red chilli powder and Cook few mnts
7

Add salt and cover the lid cook simmer flame for 10 mnts.. Serve with paratha..
