Then sare spicies add karein and ganthiya dalke achhe se mix karein ab half cup water add karein taki ganthiya cook ho jaye

Agar soft ganthiya use kar rahe ho to water ki jarurat nahi he.

Last me dahi add karein and well mix.

Sarving bowl me garmagaram sarv karein.

Tomato se garnishing karein.and roti paratha ke sath enjoy karein.
