  • Palsk one bunch clean wash and chopped
  • 1tbspGreen chilin ginger /garlic paste
  • 1 bowlGujrsti farsan item ganthiya
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1tspGaram masalo
  • Lal mirch to taste
  • pinchHaldi
  • 1 bspDhanajira powder
  • 1 tspRosted Jira powder
  • 100 gmDahi
  • Salt to taste

Steps

easy to make.
  1. 1

    Palak ko wash karein and chopped karein

  2. 2

    Pan me oil le ginger /garlic paste add karein

  3. 3

    Chilli paste add karein and palak dalke mix karein

  4. 4

    Slow flame par just 5 minu cook hone de

  5. 5

    Then sare spicies add karein and ganthiya dalke achhe se mix karein ab half cup water add karein taki ganthiya cook ho jaye

  6. 6

    Agar soft ganthiya use kar rahe ho to water ki jarurat nahi he.

  7. 7

    Last me dahi add karein and well mix.

  8. 8

    Sarving bowl me garmagaram sarv karein.

  9. 9

    Tomato se garnishing karein.and roti paratha ke sath enjoy karein.

  10. 10

    So ready to serve our tasty and tempting dish.
