1 cupchana(wash & soak over night & boil)
1/4 spooncumin seeds
To taste salt
To taste red chilli powder
1/4 spoonCoriander powder
1/4 spoongaram masala (ciba)
1/4 spoonchat masala (ciba)
1/4 spoonchana masala (ciba)
1/4 spoonblack Salt (ciba)
1 spoonoil

Steps

1

Take a wok and oil & heat it, add cumin seeds when crackle add all spices saute it.

When leave the oil add boiled chane and some water.

Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with green coriander.

Now, ready to eat.
