Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesjumbo pasta shells (12 oz.)
  2. 2 packagescream cheese, softened (8oz.each)
  3. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  4. 2 tspsugar
  5. 1 1/2 tsplemon juice
  6. 1 dashsalt
  7. 1 dashcoarsely ground pepper
  8. 1 dashcayenne pepper
  9. 3 canlump crab meat, drained (6oz.each)
  10. 1/2 lbfrozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
  11. 12green onions, finely chopped

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cool to room temperature.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo., sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cayenne pepper. Gently fold in crab, shrimp and onions.

  3. 3

    Taste. Add more salt or ground pepper, cayenne to taste.

  4. 4

    Stuff shells, about 2 Tbsp. in each shell.

  5. 5

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Makes 3 dozen.
