  • 3scallions
  • 8 clovegarlic
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 cupsvegetable broth
  • 1 packagesbroccli
  • 1 cupmushrooms
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar

  1. 1

    Fry scallions, mushrooms and garlic in sesame oil

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients to pot

  3. 3

    Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes

    Serve over rice
