Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspbutter
  2. 1/2 cupboiled sweet corn
  3. 1/4 tspblack pepper pwr
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 cupchopped spinach
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 tspitalian seasoning
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  9. 1 tbspngarlic paste
  10. 4bread slices
  11. 1.5 tspall purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Once the butter melts, add corn and saute for 1 minute. Add black pepper, salt and mix.

    Add chopped spinach and cook for 2 mins till leaves wilt.

  3. 3

    Then add all purpose flour (maida) and saute for 1-2 minute till it's all roasted.

  4. 4

    Add milk, keep stirring. Add italian seasoning, red chilli flakes and garlic paste Stir to combine

  5. 5

    Let it all cook for 2 minutes or till milk dries up and mixture looks like a paste.

  6. 6

    Spread the prepared spinach corn mixture on bread slices

  7. 7

    Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a grill pan. Toast till sandwiches are golden brown from both sides.

  8. 8

    Cut into slices and serve these spinach corn sandwich with any sauce and green chutney.
