I really struggle to get my husband to eat healthily. He's not a big fan of fruit and veg. He does however love all things pineapple, so these wraps are the perfect answer to my problem as I get to sneak in a few other healthy ingredients as well.

About 15 minute

makes 2 servings

2x wholeweat tortilla wraps
1gem lettuce
1chicken breast, grilled (skin and bone removed)
Halfa pineapple sliced in strips
1small birdseye chilli, finely chopped
Halfa greenpepper, sliced thinly
Large handful of fresh coriander
2Heaped tablespoons greek yoghurt
to tasteSalt

About 15 minute

Heat up the wrap in the microwave or on the stove to make it nice and pliable

Spoon some yoghurt on to the wrap and spread out to the edges. Sprinkle with salt and chopped chilli
3

Pile up the rest of the ingredients in the middle and roll up your wrap

Eat and enjoy
