Steps

In a microwave safe bowl put oil, cumin seeds, green cardamom, ginger, garlic, onions, green chilli, dhaniya powder and garam masala. Mix well and microwave for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and kasoori methi. Mix well.

Add washed spinach. Microwave for 8 minutes.

Cool spinach and blend with 1/2 cup water.

Transfer the spinach puree to the same microwave safe bowl.

Add butter, red chilli powder, sweet corn, salt, sugar, milk, and 1/ 4 cup water.

Mix well. Microwave covered for 2 minutes.

Serve hot.
