Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 500 gliver
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1capsicum
  5. cubeBeef
  6. Pepper
  7. 30 mlcooking oil

Steps

    Thoroughly wash and boil the liver for 8 to 10 minutes with salt

  2. 2

    Put cooking oil in a pan, let it heat up as you add onions to cook till it browns.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes cut into tiny sizes so that it cooks and creates a paste faster.

  4. 4

    Add the boiled liver into it and stir and cover to simmer for 5 minutes,stir it and some water to create some soup.

  5. 5

    Add nicely chopped green capsicum and stir for minute then cover to steam for 2 more minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot with ugali or rice.

Hi Juliet, thanks for keep posting. I would really appreciate your more and more effort to improve your recipe photo quality in terms of more light, plating, decoration. She is not a community manager nor asked by community manager to improve the recipe photo quality, but self-motivated post very high quality recipe photo, and thus there are many authors who follow up and respect her as a role mode home-cook. As cookpad became popular in Indonesia, she also gained popularity among home-cooks there and published her own recipe book and broadcasted on national TV . I would like you to improve your recipe quality as high as her.
