- cut the cauliflower and boil it in hot water with a pinch of salt for 10-15 min or until tender.

- remove cauliflower from water and cut them with a knife or mash them with a fork.

- in a cooker put the white burgul, 1 cup of water and bring to boil until ready.

- add the cauliflower to burgul leave the for 5 min boiling

- dissolve tahineh in a bit of water until they combine and become like yogurt.

- while on fire add the tahineh to the mix steer them for one minute before turning of the gas
