Sabse phele cooker m oil daale usme onion daal kar fry karein light pink colour aane tak.

Ab red chilli powder and turmeric powder daal kar mix karein or tomatoes add karein inko soft hone tak pakaye sath m salt b daal de ab chana daal daale without water fir palak daale or 5 min tak saute karein.

Ab sari chopped vegies,green chillies daale or 5 min tak saute karein.

Ab 1 glass water add karein or 2-3 wistle aane de or 5 min simmer hone de ya jab tak dal cook ho jaaye

Pressure niklne ke baad wooden masher ki help se isey mash kar le jaise ye sab ache se mix ho jaaye.

Ab tadka pan m oil garam karein usme garlic daale or saute hone par isme thodi red chilii powder daale or tadke ko palak ke uppar daal de.

Isey aap jeera rice, white rice, meethe rice or roti ke sath serve kar sakte hai.
