Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSpinach (chopped)
  2. 5Green chillies (chopped)
  3. 1big onion chopped
  4. handful coriander leaves
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. 2Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  8. 1 cupMaida
  9. 1/2 cupCorn flour
  10. for coatingBread crumbs
  11. Water if needed
  12. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind spinach, green chilli, onion, coriander leaves, Salt, ginger garlic paste to make a mixture.

  2. 2

    In a big bowl take potato, 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup corn flour, grinded mixture & water (if necessary) & mix very well.

  3. 3

    For slurry -Mix water with 1/2 cup of maida & make a thin batter & keep aside.

  4. 4

    Apply oil on palm, take a small ball sized mixture & make a patties.

  5. 5

    Now with the help of a cutter make a small hole in the middle of the patties just like donuts.

  6. 6

    Dip in maida mixture & coat with bread crumbs & deep fry until golden brown.
