Steps

Grind spinach, green chilli, onion, coriander leaves, Salt, ginger garlic paste to make a mixture.

In a big bowl take potato, 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup corn flour, grinded mixture & water (if necessary) & mix very well.

For slurry -Mix water with 1/2 cup of maida & make a thin batter & keep aside.

Apply oil on palm, take a small ball sized mixture & make a patties.

Now with the help of a cutter make a small hole in the middle of the patties just like donuts.

Dip in maida mixture & coat with bread crumbs & deep fry until golden brown.
