Boil sweet potato take 2 whistle.

In a mixie jar add green chillies, ginger, garlic, boiled corn and palak, mint and coriander leaves and grind coarsely

In a bowl mash sweet potato add grinded mixture, coriander Powder, garam masala,cornflour and bread crumbs and mix. If needed add cornflour or breadcrumbs.

Apply oil on your palm and give desired shape.

Roll into Bombay rava and shallow fry in oil by using olive oil or normal cooking oil.

Tasty crispy from outside soft from inside kababs are ready to enjoy with tomato sauce or with chutney of your liking.
