Ingredients

16 servings
  • 1 lbCheddar Cheese
  • 1 pintsminced olives (optional)
  • 2 smallgreen onions
  • 1 smallbell pepper (optional)
  • 2 smalltomoatoes
  • 2hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1Mayonaise (to mix and soften)
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 16hollowed out hoagie or Sourdough Rolls

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients (except rolls) together

  2. 2

    Fill rolls with mix, wrap in waxed paper or tin foil, store in refrigerator overnight

  3. 3

    Heat wrapped sandwiches in oven at ~350F for 20 min
