Ingredients

16 servings

1 lbCheddar Cheese
1 pintsminced olives (optional)
2 smallgreen onions
1 smallbell pepper (optional)
2 smalltomoatoes
2hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1Mayonaise (to mix and soften)
1salt and pepper to taste
16hollowed out hoagie or Sourdough Rolls

Mix all ingredients (except rolls) together

Fill rolls with mix, wrap in waxed paper or tin foil, store in refrigerator overnight

Heat wrapped sandwiches in oven at ~350F for 20 min
