This is my first recipe post! I noticed that a lot these health food recipes are not truly healthy. Raw food is the healthiest food to eat. Unlike regular cooked food, raw food is healthier because all the nutrients are in the food instead of being killed by heat.

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesMushrooms
  2. 4 cloveGarlic
  3. 1/3 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  4. 3 tbspOrganic Tamari
  5. 1cayenne spice

    Make sure you do this within 4 days of you purchasing them (could be more, but just to be safe.) All mushrooms should be washed thoroughly! Then, slice all the mushrooms thin (if you have a mushroom cutter, that's even better.) Place the sliced mushrooms in a large bowl.

    In a food processor, place the 4 cloves in (maybe 5 or 6) and shred them.

  3. 3

    Prepare a separate bowl. Place Olive, minced Garlic, a hint of Cayenne, and Tamari sauce in a separate. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Place the mixture in the bowl full of sliced mushrooms. Stir and toss away until everything is mixed.

  5. 5

    Let it sit and marinate for an hour.

  6. 6

    After an hour, serve and enjoy
