2 eachonions diced
1/2 lbcheddar
1/2 lbvelveeta
1 jarpimento
1 eachgreen pepper
1/2 lbbutter
8 tbspMilk

cook and peel potatoes

dice onions and green pepper

cube cheeses

put everything except milk and butter in large flat cake pan. Melt milk and butter and pour over everything.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 stirring occasionally. add salt and pepper to taste
