10 servings
  • 12 eachrusset potatoes
  • 2 eachonions diced
  • 1/2 lbcheddar
  • 1/2 lbvelveeta
  • 1 jarpimento
  • 1 eachgreen pepper
  • 1/2 lbbutter
  • 8 tbspMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    cook and peel potatoes

  2. 2

    dice onions and green pepper

  3. 3

    cube cheeses

  4. 4

    put everything except milk and butter in large flat cake pan. Melt milk and butter and pour over everything.

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour at 350 stirring occasionally. add salt and pepper to taste
