Serves 2 servings

1 lbchopped chicken breast (about 450 grams)
1 packagecream cheese (8 oz/225 grams)
1 cupmilk (240 ml)
2 teaspoonssour cream (10 ml)
4chipotle peppers
1chicken bouillon cube

Sauté the chicken breast pieces.

Blend the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, chipotle peppers, and chicken bouillon cube until smooth.

Add enough of the blended sauce to the chicken to keep it moist, and it's ready to serve.
