Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1 lbchopped chicken breast (about 450 grams)
  2. 1 packagecream cheese (8 oz/225 grams)
  3. 1 cupmilk (240 ml)
  4. 2 teaspoonssour cream (10 ml)
  5. 4chipotle peppers
  6. 1chicken bouillon cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the chicken breast pieces.

  2. 2

    Blend the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, chipotle peppers, and chicken bouillon cube until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add enough of the blended sauce to the chicken to keep it moist, and it's ready to serve.
