Basic Vegan Tofu Scramble
A basic, no frills version of my favorite tofu scramble recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Heat pan over medium-high heat
- 2
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to hot pan
- 3
Add crumbled tofu to pan before pan gets hot
- 4
Season tofu with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.

Stir constantly until tofu begins to crisp, about 10 minutes after tofu begins to sizzle.

Turn off heat. Add soy sauce last minute to avoid over caramelization.

Top with Vegan Cheddar Cheese and cover in pan, over hot burner, for 5-10 minutes until melted.
