Raddish Rava Burfi

Boil Raddish leaves for around five minutes on high flame, and drain the water.

Grind coconut & Raddish leaves.

Heat ghee and fry Rava till light brown,than add hot milk, add sugar, salt, cardamom powder, Raddish-coconut mixture and saute till it becomes thick, add milk powder.

Once it becomes little hard like Burfi, remove it in a big tray, (apply little ghee before pouring it in the tray). Let it cool.

After another 30 mints cut on to pieces and serve.
