Easy & healthy recipe, can use various sausages (or combine if you want), flavors of diced tomatoes & also substitute spinach if you don't like kale. The kids love it.
Steps

Slice sausage links into bite - size pieces

Add 1 rasp olive oil to skillet on medium-high heat
- 3
Cook sausage in skillet until no longer pink in middle
- 4
Remove cooked sausage from skillet & drain, to rid of excess oil
- 5
Wipe out skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6
Chop kale bundle into bite-size pieces
- 7
Saute kale in pan on medium-high heat, then turn heat to low
- 8
Saute kale in pan on medium-high heat with the garlic, then turn heat to low
- 9
Add can of cheddar cheese soup to kale & tomatoes (if need to add milk to soup, mix soup & milk in a separate bowl & add to vegetables in skillet)

Add cooked sausage to vegetables in skillet

Serve with cooked rice or pasta
