
Chipotle Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Place a large pot on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Dice onions and sauté with garlic and ginger. Add bell pepper if desired.

Separately cook ground turkey over medium-high heat, seasoning frequently and ensuring full browning.

Combine turkey with onions, bell pepper (optional) and garlic.

Thinly slice chipotle peppers and add in including the seeds if some heat is preferred.

Add all other ingredients into the pot. Simmer for 4-6 hours at minimum. Season frequently. Add cilantro near completion.

Serve with cheese and sour cream.
