Ingredients

  • 2 cuphot cooked quinoa
  • 1/2chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cuphalved kalamata olives
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 3 tbspchopped banana peppers
  • 1/4 cupgrated mozzarella
  • 1 tbsplite Caesar dressing
  • 3 tbsppesto
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1 cloveminced garlic
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 4 sliceassorted Italian meats. I used cappicola, Genoa salami and prosciutto. chopped
  • 1fresh torn basil leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oil, tomato paste, pesto, dressing and garlic in bowl.
