Ingredients

  • 500grm pasta
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 pinchgram masala
  • 1green chillies
  • 1 pinchred chilli powder
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 2-3garlic
  • 2 tsptomato sauce
  • 1 pinchDaniya powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Pehle pasta boil Kar le.

  2. 2

    Ek Kadhai me oil gram Karen. Aur use lehsun adrak aur tamatoes aur onion ke sath bhun le.

  3. 3

    Fir usme Dhaniya powder gram masala salt and chilli powder daal le.

  4. 4

    Fir usme todha todha milk milai or use pakne de.

  5. 5

    Fir todhi der baad useme macroni daal Kar ache se cook hone tak milate rahe.

  6. 6

    At last pasta is ready you can garnish it with coriander.
