Piazza's meatballs and vegetables

crush garlic clove in very tiny bits

mix garlic, bread crumbs and soy sauce to ground beef

mix the meat mixture well with your hands

make about 16 little meatballs (as big as golf balls) and set aside

gentle boil the peas until tender but not fully cooked (about 5 minutes) and set aside

cut carrots and zucchini in little stripes

heat olive oil in a pan and put in the meatballs at medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking

add sesame, vegetables and salt, lower heat and cover
- 9
after 10 minutes uncover and put to medium/high heat for 3 minutes always stirring

beware not to overcook the vegetables then serve hot
