Hey guys this is my first recipe , I think this is a very simple dish everyone can make . It is a fun dish everyone can make together especially when they're friends or kids
around . You can go mad with the fillings , I really hope you guys liked it :D

Ingredients

  1. Potato balls
  2. 5 largeUS Potatoes
  3. 4 tbspChopped Basil
  4. 1 pinchof Salt and Pepper
  5. 1/4 stickButter
  6. 1/4 cupMilk
  7. Fillings
  8. 5 sliceCheddar cheese
  9. 2Sausages
  10. Coating
  11. 1 boxPanko Breadcrumbs
  12. 2Eggs
  13. Toppings
  14. 1Parmesan

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the potato and dunk it into a pot of boiling water and let it cook for about 30 minutes , cut it into smaller pieces to allow faster cooking .

    While the potatoes are still cooking , stack up and press 5 slices of Cheddar cheese together and cut it into cubes . Sausages are cut into cubes as well .

    When the potatoes are ready , strain them and let them sit for a while . With a potato masher or just a fork ,simply mash them once they're cooled

    Pour in the other ingredients and mix it up .

    Place the cheddar cube and sausage cube together and wrap them with the mashed potatoes .

    Dunk the potato balls into an eggwash and roll it onto the Panko breadcrumbs and deep fry them for about 3~4 minutes or until golden brown .

    Dish up and sprinkle some parmesan , serve immediately .

    Tips : When mashing the potatoes , I prefer using a fork as I like the rugged texture of potatoes . For dipping sauce , I used some pizza sauce .
