Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsugar
  2. 1/2 cupevaporated milk
  3. 1/2 cupcorn syrup
  4. 1/2 cupbutter
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 2 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  7. 2 1/2 cupgrated coconut

    no bake

    set pecans, coconut, and vanilla off to the side.

    mix sugar, evap milk, corn syrup and butter in large saucepan

  4. 4

    bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes

  5. 5

    remove from heat and add pecans, coconut, and vanilla

  6. 6

    stir for about 4 minutes take a handful of batter and place on wax paper

  7. 7

    let it sit untill batter hardens.Remove from wax paper and enjoy.
