Ingredients

  • 2 cupCooked, chopped, chicken or turkey
  • 1 canCream of Celery or Cream of Chicken
  • 1/2 cupMilk or buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cupGreen beans or cooked broccoli
  • 2 cupCooked rice, potatoes, or canned corn
  • 3/4 cupFrench onion rings or crushed potato chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Layer all ingredients except onion rings or chips in a 2 quart casserole dish. Season to taste.

  2. 2

    Bake at 350°F for 20-25 mins.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle onions or chip on top and bake for 10 to 15 mins longer
