Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFresh cream
  2. 1/2 cupPowder sugar
  3. 1 tbspGulkand
  4. 1 tspSaunf
  5. 1 tspAgar agar
  6. 1/2 katoriWater
  7. 5Paan leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok..

  2. 2

    Add fresh cream in it and boil it..

  3. 3

    Then turn off the flame..

  4. 4

    Then add powder sugar and gulkand in it and mix it well..

  5. 5

    Then put paan leaves,water and sauf in jar and blend it,and make fine puree

  6. 6

    Then put it into the cream..

  7. 7

    Then take a bowl

  8. 8

    Add agar agar and 1/2 katori water in it and mix it well

  9. 9

    Then take a pan..,add agar agar in it..and boil it..

  10. 10

    Then put agar agar into the cream..

  11. 11

    Then put it into silicon moulds..and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours..

  12. 12

    Then demould it,and serve chilled.
