Cheese Corn Rice
Recipe for which I won 3 prizes!
Steps

Firstly, take cooked rice in a plate. Spread fresh cream/ malai and mix softly to coat the rice.

Heat butter in a pan. Add the corn kernels and fry until they are nicely coated with butter. Remove and keep aside.

Add the chopped green chillies and sauté.

Add the onions and capsicum and sauté for a minute or two.

Add the cabbage and sauté.
- 6
Add cooked rice, salt, black pepper and mix well.
- 7
Now add the fried corn kernels and grated cheese and mix well.
- 8
Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
- 9
Garnish with some grated cheese and serve hot.
