Ingredients

  1. 5Paan leaves
  2. 1/2 cupWater
  3. 1 kgMilk
  4. 1/3 cupLemon juice
  5. 1/2 katoriGulkand
  6. Ingredients for sugar syrup
  7. 2 cupSugar
  8. 3 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put paan leaves and water into the jar and blend it and make fine puree

  2. 2

    Then boiled the milk..

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice in it and make cottage cheese

  4. 4

    Then wash cottage cheese in cold water.

  5. 5

    Then mash cottage cheese about 7 to 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Then add paan puree in it and mix it well

  7. 7

    Then take a small ball of cottage cheese,fill little gulkand in it and again roll it and make small balls

  8. 8

    Then take a cooker

  9. 9

    Add sugar and water in it and boil it on slow flame and make one tar sugar syrup

  10. 10

    Then add all rasgullas in it and boil it for 10minutes..

  11. 11

    Rasgullas ready,serve chilled
