Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • Couple of pinch heeng
  • 1/4 tspajwain
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt

    Make gram flour batter with the help of salt, heeng, ajwain and red chilli powder

    Dip spinach in it& deep fry

    Serve with chutney or sauce..
