Ingredients

25-30minutes
4servings
  1. 1 1/2Bowl sabudana (1hour water soaked)
  2. 1 ltrmilk full cream boiled
  3. 4-5 spoonsugar
  4. 2 tspDryfruits grind
  5. 15 Raisins
  6. 1/2 tspElaichi Powder
  7. 5 tspSpinach (boiled and grind)

Steps

25-30minutes
  1. 1

    Take a thick bottomed pan in which you will be making the kheer.

  2. 2

    Add the milk and sabudana to the pan and continue to cook on a low to medium flame.

  3. 3

    Simmer till the sabudana pearls have cooked well.

  4. 4

    Add spinach and simmer for 5minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar, elaichi powder, Dryfruit powder and Raisins and stir well.

  6. 6

    Keep on Stirring occasionally.

  7. 7

    Switch off the heat, Garnish the sabudana kheer with chopped dryfruit.

  8. 8

    Serve sabudana kheer hot or warm or cold.
