Take a thick bottomed pan in which you will be making the kheer.

Add the milk and sabudana to the pan and continue to cook on a low to medium flame.

Simmer till the sabudana pearls have cooked well.

Add spinach and simmer for 5minutes.

Now add sugar, elaichi powder, Dryfruit powder and Raisins and stir well.

Keep on Stirring occasionally.

Switch off the heat, Garnish the sabudana kheer with chopped dryfruit.

Serve sabudana kheer hot or warm or cold.
