Brown your onions in a shallow pan and add in your tomatoes and bell pepper

Cook until the mixture forms a nice smooth paste and season with salt and pepper to taste

Add in your omena and cook for 5 minutes then add in the coconut milk. Cook on low heat until well simmered.

Serve hot with ugali either brown or white ugali.
