
Whole Wheat French Toast

Crack egg onto bowl, add milk and vanilla extract

Mix the bowl with a fork until yoke is dissolved and mixture is light yellow color

Spray skillet with cooking spray and add butter to skillet. Spread the butter throughout and set burner to medium heat

Dunk one slice of bread to egg mixture and flip it. Don't let disk for more than a few seconds to prevent soggyness and then place onto skillet

After about 3 min check yo see if bottom of bread is golden brown. If so flip it, and do other side
- 6
Serve with butter or syrup as desired
