Ingredients

  • 6 mediumpotatoes boiled whole then peeled
  • 1 lbground chorizo cooked
  • 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1salt to taste

  1. 1

    in the same pan u cooked the chorizo add the potatoes and other ingredients and mix well..

  2. 2

    devide mixture in parts for each pepper to b filled.

I used a Spanish hard chorizo, and added grated smoky cheddar. The mashed potatoes are definitely the way to go!
