Ingredients

2 persons
  • 2 cupsPoha -
  • 1/4 cup Onion -chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrots chopped
  • 1/4 cup potatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tspGreen chilli - chopped
  • 1 tspPeanuts -
  • 5-6Curry leaves - leaves
  • 1/4 tspRai -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspSugar -
  • - 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbspOil -
  • as neededCoriander leaves - for garnish
  • as neededSev for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak poha and drain excess water. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok. Put rai....then put peanuts. Fry for a min.

  3. 3

    Now add all chopped vegetables. Mix well and cover and cook for 5 mins or till tender.

    Add salt,sugar and ciba haldi. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add poha and mix well and keep mixing for a min. Add lemon juice.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and sev. Serve hot.
